Due to the Red Status Weather Warning, training is cancelled on Friday 2nd March and Saturday 3rd March.

Due to low temperatures forcast for Saturday night and lying snow countrywide, long course training in UL is postponed this Sunday 4th March.

We currently will go ahead with training on Sunday 4th March at 8:45am to 10:45am for all squads, and at 7pm to 8:30pm for Group One – subject to future weather warnings.
