We have a busy month ahead with three swim meets and training changes. Please note, that Sunday’s evening pool session at 7pm is cancelled on both 14th and 21st October, due to competitions.

Best wishes to the club’s junior swimmers representing their schools in Athlone! Swim fast and have fun! Please note, there is no 8:45am pool session, and no S&C Training on Sunday 28th October.

Training at UL Sports Arena

Meet on deck at 10am. This two hour training session is for athletes in Squad Level Three and Four (that are not competing at the Minor Schools Gala). Cost: €15 must be paid online before 21st October. Limited to 10 swimmers.

Next UL Training Dates: Sunday 18th November, 10am and Sunday 16th December, 10am

Connacht Squad Update

Well done Robin, who was selected for Swim Ireland Connacht Development and Pathway Squad for the 2018/19 season…

… and Kieran and Hugh, who were selected for Swim Ireland Connacht Skills Academy for the 2018/19 season.

It is a reflection of their hard work and dedication to the sport, and is a super acheivement for the athletes, and the club. We are delighted!

After Robin’s busy Orientation and Testing Day in UL last weekend,  Kieran and Hugh head to Limerick for the same, next weekend. Enjoy!
