Important! Morning and evening training sessions in Kilcornan Pool on Sunday 18th November 2018 are cancelled.

This is due to an evening Gala in Tuam on Saturday 17th November, and Seniors training in Limerick.

Squad Level Four training in Limerick on Sunday 18th November

Swimmers: Anthony, Caoilin, Emma, Geordan, Jake, Lucy, Luke, Patrick, Rian, Robin, Rory, Sara and Sorcha

Be on deck at 9:45am for pre-swim activation. First pool session from 10am to 12 noon, followed by lunch break. Second pool session from 2pm to 3:30pm.
