Long Course training in UL on Sunday 13th January, 10am to 3:30pm.

This is a high-intensity session designed for the Competitive and Performance Squad athletes, who trained throughout December, only: Robin, Caoilin, Sorcha, Emma Boyle, Luke, Rory, Sara, Anthony, Hannah D, Sandra, Lucy, Pola, Brogan, Rian, David, Isolde, John S, Kieran, Sarah and Miriam.

The first pool session runs from 10am to 12 noon, followed by lunch break. Second pool session from 2pm to 3:30pm. There will be S&C with coach James in Kilcornan at 5:45pm.
