Our next long course training at UL Sports Arena will be on Sunday 3rd February, 10am to 3:30pm – for athletes in the Competitive and Performance Squads only.

The first pool session runs from 10am to 12 noon, followed by a second session from 2pm to 3:30pm.

S&C is cancelled, and moved to Thursday 31st January at 7pm
