Well done to all our athletes who took part in this weekends Gerry Ryan Invitational.

Across 89 events, the team achieved over 95% PBs, 28 Division 2 times, 3 Division 1 times and 13 medals!

Great performances from all our swimmers. It was a first-time event at a long course meet for some, and they did us really proud!

Bravo to Sara, Hannah D, Pola, Miriam, Hannah B, Thomas, Lilian F, Brogan and Lauren for your truely excellent swims!

Congratulations to newly appointed Division 1 qualifiers, Robin, Caoilin and John S; and Division 2 qualifiers, Emma, Sorcha, Luke, Anthony, Sarah, Isolde, Lúc and Sandra;

John S stole the show taking home six medals – three Gold (50FS, 100FS, 100BK), two Bronze (200IM, 200BRS) and a Silver in 50BF.
Caoilin took home three medals – Gold in 200BK and two Bronze (50BK and 100BK).
Robin took home a Silver in 200FS and a Bronze in 50BF.
Sarah took Silver in 50FS.
Kieran took Bronze in 200BK.
