Dryland training is an integral part of an athlete’s development and success in the water. Not only is strength and conditioning key to injury prevention, but it will allow swimmers to develop new sources of power and speed on land, which they can then tap into in the water – leading to more efficient and powerful swimming.
Places are limited to the first 20 athletes to book.
