Junior athletes and coaches are invited to a Technique Theory Webinar with Sarah Fellner. This 30 minute session on Catch and Propulsion will take place on Thursday 14th January 2021 at 7:30pm, and is open to all athletes in SQ1, SQ2 and SQ3.
