Swim Ireland are looking ahead to a return to training, which is expected to be a phased approach over the next few months. This roadmap is Swim Ireland’s interpretation of Government guidance and is dependent on Government restrictions being eased.

This 30 minute session on Touch Turns: Breaststroke and Butterfly will take place on Monday 8th March 2021 at 7pm, and is open to all athletes in SQ1, SQ2 and SQ3.
