Pool training ends at 7:30am. Athletes have 15 mins to change, eat a healthy snack (banana, nuts or sandwich) and meet in Kilcornan Hall at 7:45am, and ends at 8:45am sharp. Please ensure athletes have extra water.
*Athletes will have exercises to practice in between S&C sessions to help them continue to improve.
Our athletes well-being is our priority – and this includes injury prevention. While we believe strength and conditioning is an integral part of an athletes success in the water, please note, our 5-week course is completely optional.
Payments made online via EPP before Tuesday 1st October to confirm booking.
Long course training is mandatory for both Performance Squads, and is included in the term fees. We will be running two sessions at the Sports Arena, UL, from 10am to 12noon and 2pm to 3.30pm on the following dates:

Performance Squads are asked to give two weeks notice for non-attendance, so athletes from Development and Competitive Squads can be invited to attend. Invitations will be based on space available and qualifying times.

New Training Schedule for all Swimmers
As Bluefin SC continues to grow, the team squads and criteria have been adjusted for the 2019/20 season, resulting in a new training schedule for all swimmers.
Training resumes Saturday 24th August 2019
Our Squad List for 2019/20 has already been sent to parents, so please contact Christine at Bluefin.email@example.com if you require more information.
Long course training at UL Sports Arena takes place on Sunday 23rd June from 9:45am to 4pm for Division qualifying swimmers only.
The first pool session runs from 10 to 12pm, followed by a second session from 2:30pm to 4pm. Strength and Conditioning in Kilcornan from 5:45 to 6:45pm.
If you haven’t confirmed your attendance with Christine, please check that there is still space available before you book. Places are limited.
