RESULTS! Big Bluefin Bingo Fundraiser

Over 200 players flocked to Kilcornan for the Big Bluefin Bingo Bonanza Fundraiser on Saturday 10th November, to help raise a whopping €3,776.42 for the club!!

As sounds of legs eleven, two fat ladies and “ONE MORE LINE” filled the hall, an exceptional night was made by all the wonderful supporters, of all ages from across the county, to make this event a phenomenal success! Thank you!

Well done to all the winners of over 40 fabulous prizes that were won in the Bingo and Raffle, including €100 door prize sponsored by Yeats College, €100 Snowball prize sponsored by Ward & Burke and a Four Ball Galway Bay Golf & Country Club prize worth €570!

Bluefin Swim Team is incredibly thankful and grateful to our fantastic parents that make up our fundraising committee; Maryse Collins, Helen Van de Beek, Karen Roland and Jean Kearney. Thank you for taking on the onerous task of gathering prizes, promoting the night, and putting together such a fun-filled night for all.

Our thanks go to Kilcornan’s Ciaran McGrath and staff, for their continued support over the years; to Paul Gunning for providing the PA; to Sorcha Kearney and her team for managing the Coffee Shop; to Siobhan and Loretta of Fun Bingo, and to all the families that got involved selling tickets, donating prizes and for seizing the dauber!

Our highest appreciation to the many, many businesses in Clarinbridge, Kilcolgan, Kinvara, Maree, Oranmore and surrounding areas for their continued support to our club.

Top of the House to you all! :o)
