We all need SUPERHEROES!

Starting soon…

Bluefin Swim Team will be introducing ‘Strength Lab Superheroes’ for our athletes aged 12 and under.

We will meet on Zoom (mid-week at 4:30pm) for a fun session to help our young swimmers learn fundamental movements through the power of five superheroes – Ironman, Spiderman, Thor, Superman and Hulk!

Athletes will be given a unique login to our Superhero website, where we will be able to track our progress through the different levels, and have access to a video library of movements.
